Biopscour hb
Broadase BioPScour HB is a blend of powder neutral cellulase, bio-scouring enzymes & scouring agent, with capability to perform bio-finishing & bio-scouring on grey cotton knitted fabric effectively at pH6.5 – 8.0 and temperature 45ËšC – 55ËšC.

Relatively more thermal stable compared to liquid cellulase & pectinase blend, increase storage stability.

Good hand feel and good water absorbency on treated fabric.

For dark and insensitive color, the product can combine both bio-finishing & scouring in 1 step, save operating cost & time.

Broadase BioPScour HB is a ready to use product, the application dosage:

Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) : 1 % – 3 % owf

*Note: Recommended wash duration: 45 – 60mins at 50 – 55°C and follow by inactivation step which is highly important before dyeing process.
We can increase the bath temperature to 90°C for 15mins to further enhance the scouring effect.
